Limit coaching offers mental coaching for athletes, and life coaching for people
We believe in an important connection between body and mind. In our coaching, we always use this connection to help you and your mental state. As such, Limit Coaching offers three types of coaching:
Sport Mental Coaching
Our active coaching sessions could include a trip to the bouldering hall. When exercising we put the Limit philosophy to practice and show you the relevance of your core values and supporting pillars. The Limit philosophy is easy to apply to practicing sports, but the philosophy is applicable to everyday life as well.

Life Coaching
If you don’t believe that sports is the way for you, we also offer classic face-to-face life coaching sessions. The philosophy doesn’t change, but instead of experiencing through sports we engage in conversations uncovering the experiences and memories that shape your work ethic, your reactions to setbacks and help you grow beyond the person you currently believe yourself to be.
By combining sports coaching and life coaching we allow the philosophy to be more easily accessible. It will help you break through your physical limits in sports, as well as the mental limits that may be preventing you from reaching a goal in everyday life.
Career Coaching
Our work is often a great part of our lives. Whenever we speak of ownership of ourselves, our choice of work and the development of our careers are all part of that. During the career coaching we will look at the things you excel at; where your talents lie and what, for you, is the optimal combination of what you’re good at and what gives you energy.
Career coaching can be applied to shed light on what your expected career trajectory is, what next steps to take to make that a reality, but also how you can develop further within your current function. As a part of this process, you could request a TMA (talent motivation analysis). This simple test will illuminate your motivators and energy, which will form a reliable basis for developing your talents.

Limit coaching guides you to take authority over your own authenticity. We do this according to our philosophy and our three values:
Consciousness
Be aware of what shapes you; your values and your thoughts
Authenticity
Do things that align with who you are and what you want. Own it & yourself.
Authority
Embrace yourself & take authority over your own actions and choices
About George
My whole life I have believed the idea of everybody living their own life for themselves looked like a bleak sight at best. I didn’t want to go to school or make a career only for myself; I wanted to help others. Growing up in a family where my father was a dentist, it was quite easy to come to the conclusion that i wanted to become a doctor myself. However, after not getting into medical school, I had to adjust my dream, my vision. I still wanted to help people, but after some extensive self reflection I realised that I don’t need to study medicine to help people.
As a doctor, the formula is pretty simple and pragmatic: somebody comes to you, you help them, and the problem is fixed. However now I see that the core of offering someone help lies in the person that is asking for help. I can reach out my hand, but the other person needs to grab my hand, so that we can help each other grow.
That’s my role; helping you back up, without carrying you.
I’ve always been amazed by the uniqueness of humans. Every person is different, with other character traits and a own pure “me”. The authenticity of every human is one of the wonders of life. To use your own abilities, your own unique qualities, your own unique self, you need to get acquainted with yourself. Getting to know your own strengths, but also your weaknesses.
My mission, my goal, with coaching is for people to truly know themselves better and see and acknowledge the beauty of their own authenticity. If everyone would know themselves, recognize and appreciate their unique abilities, then the world would be a better place.
